Refuse an avatar, authorize one with defined limits, or leave the question open. No option is chosen for you.
Who can question it.
Describe the people, purposes and duration you allow. Permission for a family conversation should stay within the audience and uses you chose.
What it can use.
Keeping original recordings, sharing them, training a model and generating your voice or likeness are separate choices. Permission for one does not imply the others.
What it may do in your name.
State whether a representation may speak or act on your behalf. Record specific limits on publication, recommendations, endorsements and actions in your purposes field.
How you change your mind.
Return to your card to replace your instructions. Earlier versions remain in your private history until you delete your account. You can also withdraw the current card without granting permission.
What happens after your death.
Record whether you refuse an interactive avatar, allow one within the same limits, or have not specified your wishes. This card does not appoint an executor or replace estate-planning documents.

Your draft stays in the current browser tab until you deliberately save it. We collect your name, verified email and instructions. Country is optional. You do not need to upload a photograph, identity document, voice recording or family contact list.
After email verification, review the complete instructions and confirm that you are at least 18 and making them for yourself. The saved card has a version number and date. Email verification confirms access to an inbox, not government identity.
You choose who receives it.
Use the print option to save a PDF, or share a text copy through your own email or messaging app. These card copies leave out your email and country. The separate private account export includes your email, country and full version history; keep that file private. We do not publish a searchable registry of names or choices.
A downloaded copy cannot be recalled. When you make a change, send the updated version to anyone who needs it and ask them to replace earlier copies.
A useful record, with a clear purpose.
Your card records and communicates your instructions. Its legal effect depends on your situation and the laws that apply. It does not automatically block a company, authenticate every use of your likeness or create legal representation.
